Role Description Business Executives at Swastik Financial Solutions will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate loan, investment, and structured finance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams and financial institutions, and ensuring timely follow-up on applications and documentation.

Qualifications

Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on trust, clarity, and long-term engagement.

Sales and business development capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, closing skills, and consistent achievement of performance targets.

Financial acumen and analytical skills to understand loan, investment, and structured finance products, assess client profiles, and interpret basic financial data.

Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts, documentation processes, and follow-ups efficiently and accurately.

Proficiency in standard office productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in financial services, banking, or advisory roles is an advantage.

Comfort working in an on-site, target-driven workplace in Chennai, with a proactive, ethical, and client-focused approach.

Knowledge of local market dynamics and fluency in English; familiarity with regional languages used in Chennai is beneficial.
