Role Overview The BDM will be responsible for new client acquisition, revenue generation, and account expansion within the US IT staffing market. The role demands strong exposure to direct client acquisition, MSP/VMS models, and rate negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new direct US clients for IT staffing services.

- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.

- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: Prospecting Client Meetings Proposal MSA Closure.

- Negotiate rates, payment terms, and service agreements.

- Build and manage MSP/VMS accounts.

- Work closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely submission and closures.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

- Maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Procurement Teams, and Vendor Managers.

- Drive revenue growth through account farming and cross-selling.

Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years experience in US IT Staffing Business Development





- Proven experience in Direct Client Acquisition (US Market).

- Strong understanding of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099).

- Experience working with MSP/VMS platforms.

- Hands-on experience with rate negotiations and MSA execution.

- Solid understanding of US IT skill demands (Cloud, Data, DevOps, ERP, AI).

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to work in US time zones.

Preferred Skills

- Existing portfolio of active US clients.

- Experience in closing large staffing deals.

- Knowledge of US compliance and visa processes.

- Experience in offshore staffing model.
