We're looking for ambitious professionals who enjoy meeting people, building long term relationships, solving client challenges, and turning opportunities into successful projects. What You'll Do

As a Business Development Specialist, you'll play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving project specifications.

Your responsibilities include

Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, PMCs, builders, developers, contractors, and corporate clients.

Create awareness and generate demand for our premium acoustic, ceiling, and architectural building solutions.

Identify new business opportunities and develop a robust pipeline of projects across Kerala.

Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and client meetings.

Visit project sites, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.

Track projects from concept and specification through execution and completion.

Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.





Achieve sales targets while contributing to the long-term growth of the business. Who We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Marketing.

Experience in construction materials, interiors, building products, architectural products, HVAC, lighting, furniture or related industries is an advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong relationship building and negotiation abilities.

Self driven, confident, and goal-oriented.

Willingness to travel across Kerala.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹22,000–₹28,000 per month (Based on Experience)
