Role Overview We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. This is a front-line revenue role focused on generating and qualifying leads, initiating conversations with potential clients, and building a robust sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proactive mindset, eager to build a career in B2B SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and generate leads via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify key decision-makers and understand business needs
- Qualify leads based on ICP and buying intent




- Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and activity data
- Follow up with prospects to nurture and move them through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on lead generation strategies
- Support onboarding and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Consistently meet daily/weekly outreach and monthly pipeline targets

Preferred Skills

- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- High energy, resilience, and target-driven mindset
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and sales funnels
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
