Wadsons India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our business in custom cold-forged engineering components.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop recent OEM & Tier-1 customers

✅ Meet Purchase, Vendor Development & Design teams

✅ Generate RFQs for custom cold-forged components

✅ Identify opportunities to replace machined parts with near-net-shape cold forgings

✅ Drive business development across Automotive, EV, Railways, Agriculture, Construction Equipment, Hydraulics, Industrial Machinery & Hand Tools

Preferred Profile

- 8–15 years of experience
- Mechanical Engineer (preferred)
- Background in Cold Forging, Fasteners, Precision Components, Automotive Components, Machining or Engineering Products
- Strong technical selling, negotiation & relationship-building skills
