The Creatives Bench is a boutique creative recruitment agency based in Hyderabad. We are currently hiring on behalf of a Hyderabad-based agency looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join their team. All applications and initial hiring stages will be managed directly by The Creatives Bench.

LOCATION: Hitech City, Hyderabad

TIMINGS: Monday-Friday (11-6pm)

SALARY: 6-7 Lakhs Per Annum (D.O.E)

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

- You'll be working closely with the founder, which means real visibility into how a growing strategy-led agency operates, how deals get closed, and how a business development function is built and scaled.
- You'll be generating qualified leads across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, cold calling, referrals, and networking, so you'll always have a few channels running at once.
- A big part of the role is understanding people before you understand their business, so you'll be booking discovery calls, having real conversations with founders and decision-makers, and figuring out where the agency can genuinely help.
- You'll present the agency's services with confidence, put together customised proposals alongside the Founder,



and follow up consistently until the deal actually closes, not just until it goes quiet.
- You'll keep the sales pipeline and CRM in order, and once a client signs on, you'll make sure the handover to the delivery team is smooth so nothing gets lost in translation.
- As you settle in, you'll start spotting new markets, industries, and partnership opportunities, and building a referral network with photographers, PR agencies, developers, and other strategic partners who move in the same circles.
- You'll work closely with the founder on strategy, pitches, and key client meetings, and coordinate with the creative and strategy teams so every proposal feels joined-up.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- 2 to 5 years in business development, sales, account management or client servicing. You understand how a pipeline is built and what actually moves a prospect to a yes.
- Solid relationship instincts. You know the difference between chasing a sale and building a client who sticks around.
- Confidence in founder and business-owner conversations. Whether it's a cold call, a discovery meeting or a follow-up, you show up well.
- The ability to hold multiple leads and conversations at once without letting any of them go cold. You're organised and people trust you to follow through.
- A nose for opportunity. You notice when a prospect could genuinely benefit from what the agency does, and you know how to bring it up naturally, not pushy.
