We are hiring for Business Development Manager – Quality Engineering Services Location: Bangalore (Work from Office – 5 Days a Week) Employment Type: Permanent Experience: 8-12 Years Skills & Qualifications 8-12 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or New Business Acquisition within the IT Services or Technology industry.

Strong track record of consistently achieving recent business and revenue targets.

Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, and hunting for new customers.

Experience managing or driving Lead Generation/SDR teams to achieve pipeline and business goals.

Robust consultative selling, negotiation, and account acquisition skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.





Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Background

Prior experience selling QA/QE Services is desirable but not mandatory. Candidates with experience selling IT Services, Digital Transformation Services or Software Services are encouraged to apply.

Exposure to enterprise sales across domestic or international markets.

Existing network of enterprise technology decision-makers will be an added advantage.
