Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Insurance Sales Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable insurance products, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, referrals, and digital sources.
- Explain Health, Life, and Motor Insurance products to customers.
- Convert leads into successful policy sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth policy issuance.

Eligibility

- Graduate/Undergraduate (Freshers can also apply)




- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales experience in Insurance, Banking, BFSI, Telecalling, or Field Sales will be an added advantage.
