What You Will Do - Generate and qualify new business opportunities in the USA market

- Build relationships with startup founders, CTOs, product leaders and business owners
- Execute outbound sales campaigns through LinkedIn, email and networking
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements
- Create proposals and coordinate with technical teams
- Manage CRM and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Work closely with the founders to build a scalable sales process What We Are Looking For ✅ 5-10 years of experience in IT services sales ✅ Experience selling software development services to US clients ✅ Strong understanding of:
- Custom Software Development
- Mobile App Development
- SaaS Products
- Cloud & DevOps Services ✅ Experience with:




- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- HubSpot or similar CRM
- Cold outreach and lead generation ✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills ✅ Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth Preferred - Experience selling offshore development teams
- Existing network in the US startup or SMB ecosystem
