- Devise strategy to expand Dominos footprint in the allocated region by identifying prospect trade areas, securing right locations and opening stores to aid growth.
- Identify and evaluate real estate opportunities through site visits, site selection metrics and criteria, demographic analysis and research to get right locations for the brand.
- Evaluate existing stores to drive relocations, rent reductions and recommend renewals/terminations and negotiate renewals/extensions to deliver savings to franchisee and own stores.
- Identify and tap current business opportunities of increasing the reach and penetration via relevant strategic tie-ups and evaluate unique/different formats of outlets across the region/circle.
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of the investment and development within the established budget and schedule Role & responsibilities
