We are looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, managing the sales cycle and closing enterprise software deals within the logistics and supply chain industry. ??? ????????????????

Identify and acquire new B2B customers in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing and supply chain sectors.

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking and referrals.

Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and solution presentations.

Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, deal closure and customer onboarding.

Achieve assigned quarterly sales targets by securing new clients and consistently meeting revenue objectives.

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Collaborate with technical teams to prepare customized proposals and solutions.

Maintain CRM records,



sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. ???????? ?????? & ??????????????

MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, IT, or a related field.

4+ years of B2B IT/SaaS sales or business development experience, preferably in logistics technology.

Strong understanding of freight forwarding, logistics and supply chain operations.

Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition and closing enterprise deals.

Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.

Preferred Skills

Existing network within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain organizations.

Experience selling logistics software, CargoWise services, automation or APIs

Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives in the logistics industry. ?????????
