- Ensure timely engagement with prospects aligned to AMC cycles, as missed opportunities may delay conversion by a full contract cycle.

- Conduct site visits and client meetings in coordination with internal teams.
- Drive solution-based selling and achieve assigned sales targets through recent AMC acquisition.
- Maintain a sales pipeline of 3–4x of target to ensure consistent conversion.
- Maintain accurate updates of leads, opportunities,



and pipeline in CRM.
- Participate in weekly sales reviews and monthly management meetings with clear updates and action plans.
- Take ownership of proposal inputs and ensure competitive, winning quotations.
