Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle inbound and outbound leads effectively

- Make connections through LinkedIn, social media, references, networking, cold calling, and online platforms
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, demos, and presentations
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and project discussions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Follow up with prospects and maintain proper sales pipeline records
- Coordinate with technical and management teams for project discussions
- Plan business strategies based on market opportunities and client requirements
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
- Maintain CRM data and update lead status regularly
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and networking events
Required Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of IT services and software solutions
- Knowledge of lead generation and client handling
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, and sales tools
- Basic understanding of Mobile Apps, Websites, AI Automation, ERP, CRM, and Digital Solutions
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
- Valuable planning and follow-up skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in Business Development or IT Sales
- Experience in software company or IT services industry preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities
- Professional attitude with strong relationship-building skills
