We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our global client base and strengthen partnerships within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

The ideal candidate will have international business experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of outsourcing services in the AEC sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets (especially the USA).

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, and construction firms.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.

Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline channels.

Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.





Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, or related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum 2–3 years of international business development experience, preferably in AEC outsourcing or related services.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Experience working with clients from the USA or other global markets.

Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
