Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 5-6 years of experience in IT sales and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using online bidding portals, generating quality leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Generate business opportunities through online bidding portals such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Linkedin and similar platforms.

✔ Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

✔ Cold Calling.

✔ Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.

✔ Interact with potential clients to understand project requirements and present suitable IT solutions.

✔ Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

✔ Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

✔ Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers.





✔ Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.

✔ Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

✔ 3–4 years of experience in IT sales or business development.

Strong experience with online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.).

✔ Excellent proposal writing and client communication skills.

✔ Robust negotiation and closing abilities.

✔ Understanding of web development, mobile app development, custom software, and digital solutions.

✔ Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

✔ Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.

Preferred Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

✔ Experience working with international clients.

✔ Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT services.

✔ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

✔ Monthly sales and revenue targets.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
