Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives

Identify potential clients and generate leads

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and trends

Meet sales targets and revenue goals

Prepare proposals and presentations for clients

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

Provide exceptional customer service to clients Qualifications And Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

3+ years of experience in the IT industry

Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
