Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Glendale Academy, Suncity, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve student admissions and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with parents, corporate organizations, educational consultants, and community partners.
- Identify new business opportunities through outreach programs, events, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Represent the school at education fairs, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and parent preferences to recommend growth strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on admissions, business development activities, and performance metrics.




- Ensure exceptional stakeholder engagement and deliver a seamless parent experience throughout the admission journey.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in business development, admissions, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Target-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
