Department: Sales & Business Development Employment Type: Full time Experience: 5–10 Years Position Overview ALPS Digital Devices Ltd., a leading Apple-authorized distributor, is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, strengthen channel partnerships, and expand market presence across the assigned territory. The role is responsible for achieving primary sales targets, developing distributor and dealer networks, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Expand the dealer, reseller, and corporate customer network. Develop and execute territory growth strategies aligned with business objectives.

Sales Management

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary sales targets. Drive revenue growth and profitability across the assigned region. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.

Channel Management

Appoint, manage,



and develop distributors and channel partners. Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and key business accounts. Ensure effective implementation of trade schemes and promotional activities.

Market Development

Identify new markets and customer segments. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Recommend initiatives to improve market share and business performance.

Reporting

Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and market analysis. Maintain CRM and sales performance reports. Provide regular business updates to management.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Consumer Electronics, Mobile Distribution, IT Distribution, or FMCG.
