Assistant Manager / Manager – New Business Development (Export/Domestic)

Location: Delhi

Job Summary The role focuses on driving business development and sales for APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients), Intermediates, and Finished Dosage Form (FDF) products in domestic and international markets. The candidate will identify new business opportunities, acquire customers, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify high-potential customers and products.
- Generate new business leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase market visibility.
- Expand the customer base across assigned domestic and international regions.
- Represent the company at pharmaceutical trade shows and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Regulatory, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and stakeholders.




- Manage sales pipeline and achieve business development targets.

Required Skills
- 4–8 years of experience in international or domestic business development for API and FDF products.
- Good understanding of global pharmaceutical markets and supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience working in cross-functional environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical business development.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
