Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment, training and activation of Agents

Ensure continuous recruitment, onboarding and capability building of Insurance Agents

Monitor business performance of SME Agents

Track productivity, provide regular guidance, and support performance improvement.

Lead generation & sales achievement

Drive business through quality lead generation and ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are met.

Policy renewals

Ensure timely renewals and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in agency recruitment, SME/general insurance, or sales and distribution roles
- Solid relationship building and communication skills
- Ability to guide, motivate, and develop a team of agents
