Compensation: ₹5000 base + 10% commission in sales

White Phoenix Consulting is a web development agency building websites and digital products for growing businesses. We’re a small, fast-moving team, which means interns work on real accounts, not busywork.

What you’ll do

- Research and build prospect lists across target industries
- Run outreach over email, LinkedIn, and calls to book discovery meetings
- Support proposals, pitch decks, and pricing sheets
- Keep the CRM clean and log every touchpoint
- Sit in on client calls and write up follow-ups and next steps
- Track outreach metrics and report what’s converting

What we’re looking for

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Robust written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with rejection and persistent follow-up




- Familiar with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools (or willing to learn fast)
- Interest in web development, design, or digital services
- Organized and able to manage several outreach threads at once
