Role Description The Business Development Intern will support the growth of TheCconnects by identifying potential partners, contributors, and clients, and nurturing relationships with global business leaders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, reaching out to prospects via email and social platforms, and assisting in the preparation of pitches and proposals. The intern will collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with content and campaign initiatives, track performance metrics,



and suggest improvements to business development strategies.

This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent communication, proactive follow-up, and organized documentation of all business development activities.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with C-Suite executives, founders, and entrepreneurs.

Lead Generation and Market Research abilities to identify, qualify, and prioritize prospective partners and contributors.

Analytical Skills to interpret outreach data, performance metrics, and market trends, and to support data-driven decision-making.

Comfort with digital tools (CRM systems, productivity and collaboration platforms, email and social media outreach tools).

High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Interest in business, media, entrepreneurship, or related fields; current enrollment in or recent graduation from a relevant academic program is preferred.

Robust written and spoken English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
