Role Description: This is a full time, on-site Business Development Intern role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The intern will support the business development team by identifying prospective clients, assisting with lead generation activities, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

The role also involves communicating with potential and existing customers, coordinating follow-ups,



and providing support to improve customer satisfaction and retention. The intern will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to contribute to new business opportunities and strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market data and business performance metrics.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.

Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and supporting sales outreach.

Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including gathering competitor and industry information and preparing actionable insights.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or similar productivity tools is beneficial.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team, manage time effectively, and adapt to a rapid-paced environment is preferred.
