Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support lead generation activities, including researching potential partners, educational institutions, and corporate clients, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools or spreadsheets. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and social platforms, assisting in preparing presentations and proposals, and coordinating with the marketing team on campaigns that promote Internz Learn’s programs.

The intern will also help track performance metrics, gather feedback from partners, and contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and learner engagement. As a fresher-focused role,



training and guidance will be provided, with opportunities to learn core business development and client relationship skills.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clarity in spoken and written English and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Candidates should possess basic sales and business development skills, such as lead generation, client outreach, negotiation fundamentals, and understanding of customer needs.

Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail, ability to maintain records, and comfort working with spreadsheets or CRM tools.
