Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Intern and contribute to the company's growth journey. The role involves strategizing, engaging with existing and potential clients, and developing effective pitches. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities while consistently identifying new business opportunities. Interns who demonstrate strong performance will be considered for a full-time position with the company.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop a strong understanding of the company's vision and mission, and support efforts towards achieving set goals and objectives

● Assist in conducting market research to identify and evaluate potential clients

● Support the building and maintenance of strong relationships with new and existing clients

● Gather and manage information from clients, ensuring smooth and accurate flow of communication

● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of growth strategies

● Assist in developing and executing sales strategies





● Support the analysis of sales data to enhance client servicing and retention plans

● Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with clients, staff, and management at all levels

Requirements

● Currently pursuing, or having recently completed, a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field

● Strong sense of ownership with the ability to self-manage tasks while keeping the bigger picture in mind

● Working knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Excel

● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact quickly and effectively with various stakeholders
