Company Description FIDUSIA is India’s builder ecosystem for ambitious individuals who want to create real products, collaborate with serious teammates, and build portfolio-worthy work. Rather than offering traditional courses or certificates, FIDUSIA focuses on hands-on Build Tracks across product, design, AI, engineering, and startups, supported by recurring hackathon-style sprints.

The community includes over 1,000 builders, more than 40 build tracks, and multiple chapters such as Product Labs, Design Circles, AI Builders, Startup Rooms, and Code Guilds. Builders gain mentorship, internships, referrals, and recognition through consistent contribution and shipped work. FIDUSIA emphasizes proof of work, collaboration, and earned opportunities over passive learning and credentials.

Role Description The Business Development Intern will support FIDUSIA’s growth by identifying potential partners, organizations, and builders who align with the ecosystem’s mission. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India includes assisting with lead generation, conducting market research on relevant communities and institutions, and helping maintain accurate records of outreach activities and responses.

The intern will engage in communication with prospects via email, calls, and meetings, contribute to presentations or pitches,



and coordinate follow-ups to nurture relationships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to improve outreach strategies, gather feedback from stakeholders, and help ensure a positive experience for prospective and existing partners.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify trends, segments, and opportunities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with prospective partners and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and a basic understanding of business development processes to support outreach and pipeline building.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, provide helpful information, and maintain positive relationships.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with startup or tech ecosystems, proficiency with productivity and CRM tools, ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment, and a strong interest in product, design, AI, or engineering communities.
- Current enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
