Are you passionate about sales, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities? Winstud is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
Location: Hilite Business Park, Calicut
Employment Type: Full-time
What You'll Do
- Identify and connect with potential educational institutions and business partners.
- Generate and qualify new leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and networking.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up consistently to convert prospects into customers.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to achieve business targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and submit regular activity reports.
We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
