Role Description

We are looking for a self-motivated Business Development Executive to promote our Gujarat-based SaaS platform for community organizations and trusts. The role involves identifying potential customers, reaching out through calls and WhatsApp, scheduling product demonstrations, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities





- Research and build a database of potential customers across Gujarat.
- Make outbound calls to introduce our product and understand customer needs.
- Schedule online or in-person product demonstrations.
- Follow up with leads until closure.
- Maintain lead and sales records in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the product team for customer onboarding.
- Attend a weekly team meeting to review progress and plan activities.

Requirements
- Positive communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus).
- Comfortable making 50–100 outbound calls per day.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet research.
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently from home.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development is preferred.

Work Location: Work from Home (Gujarat) Compensation: Fixed salary + attractive incentives based on meetings scheduled and sales closed.
