Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth across EV charging, earthing, and Lightning Protections.Day-to-day tasks include researching potential markets, generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating commercial terms in alignment with company guidelines.

The Business Development





Executive will manage key accounts, maintain ongoing client relationships, coordinate closely with technical and operations teams, and provide regular sales reporting and market feedback to leadership.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a robust client base.

Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to oversee client relationships and support long-term partnerships.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to conduct meetings, deliver presentations, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience in B2B sales, preferably in electrical, energy, infrastructure, or related industries, is beneficial.

Any Graduate.

Strong negotiation, planning, and time management abilities, with a results-oriented approach.

Comfort working on-site in Ahmedabad, with willingness to travel locally as required.
