Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for freshers and early-career professionals (0-1 year of experience) who are passionate about sales and business growth. Key Responsibilities

Handle international and domestic sales, driving current business opportunities across markets

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads

Identify potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline

Follow up on prospects and convert leads into customers

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets

Requirements

0-1 year of experience in sales or business development (freshers welcome)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interest in sales, client relationship management, and business growth

Comfortable working with both international and domestic clients

Basic understanding of email marketing is a plus

Bachelor's degree preferred
