Were looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team someone passionate about sales, client interaction, and business growth in the HR-Tech space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
- Cold Calling & Email Outreach: Reach out to HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, and decision-makers to introduce TalentOnLease services.
- Fixing Meetings: Schedule and coordinate virtual or in-person meetings between prospects and the business team.
- Client Engagement: Understand client requirements and propose suitable hiring solutions.




- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the sales pipeline.
- Market Research: Track industry trends, new projects, and upcoming hiring needs across sectors.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, lead qualification, and handling objections.
- Strong interest in B2B sales, client relationship management, or recruitment services.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Excel, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn in a energetic environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
