Role Description Identifying and pursuing business opportunities via tele-calling , building and nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

The role involves conducting market research, preparing sales forecasts, collaborating with internal teams, and creating proposals and presentations for potential clients.

You will represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events, while identifying new ways to expand our service offerings and market presence. Qualifications





Robust business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and negotiating contracts

Project management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives and meet targets

Ability to conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis

Effective communication and presentation skills, combined with networking and relationship-building abilities

Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and understanding of industry trends is a plus

Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field

Prior experience in the digital marketing, IT, or service industry is advantageous

Team Lead Skills is mandatory.
