Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and motivated Business Development Executive – RPO to drive business growth by acquiring new clients for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management within the recruitment or staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for RPO and recruitment services.
- Identify and connect with prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers to understand hiring needs.
- Present and promote RPO solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain sales pipeline, client records,



and activity reports in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.

Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Experience in B2B sales, staffing, recruitment, or RPO services.
- Knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Staffing, Recruitment, or RPO sales.
