ROLE OVERVIEW:

Black Trader is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven candidates who are interested in building a career in Business Development within the fintech industry. The role involves lead generation, client communication, understanding client requirements, and supporting business growth initiatives in domestic and international markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify potential clients through research, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels
- Initiate communication with prospects and understand business requirements
- Present company services professionally and clearly
- Maintain and update lead details using CRM tools
- Support proposal preparation and business presentations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships
- Work towards achieving assigned lead generation and sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for deal closure

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Commerce,



or related field
- 0 3+ years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation (Freshers can apply)
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in client interaction and business growth
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Knowledge of financial markets or fintech industry is an added advantage
