Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Trivandrum/Cochin. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and support the growth of Lexfins 360’s corporate services portfolio.

Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating meetings, and following up with prospective and existing clients. The role also involves understanding client requirements in areas such as legal, compliance, accounting, finance, and funding,



and collaborating with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.

The Business Development

Executive is expected to monitor market trends, contribute to sales strategies, and maintain accurate records of business development activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and expand the client base.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and support ongoing engagements.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
- Experience in corporate services, legal and compliance, accounting, finance, or related domains is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
