This is a remote, full time Business Development Executive Internship for 3 months. You will pitch our SaaS product to real businesses, identify and qualify leads, and own the full sales cycle from first contact to closing. Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential business leads and pitch our SaaS product
- Identify and qualify leads, understand client needs, and present solutions
- Follow up consistently until deal closure, this role is measured on client conversions, not just calls made
- Maintain and update CRM with lead status and call notes




- Close a minimum of 2 paying clients during the internship to unlock full stipend and commission structure Compensation

This is a performance linked role. Fixed stipend of Rs 4,000 to 8,000 per month starts after you close your first 2 clients. Incentive of Rs 1,000 to 3,000 per client applies from day one, uncapped. Qualifications

- Prior sales, telecalling, or business development experience preferred, including college project experience
- Solid communication skills in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with commission linked earning structure
- Able to independently research prospects and handle rejection without losing motivation
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field
