Role Description The Business Development Executive Intern role at CS Vision is a remote internship focused on supporting the growth of the organization’s e-learning and training programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential learners and institutional partners, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and social media, and presenting CS Vision’s courses and services in a transparent and persuasive manner. The intern will assist in maintaining CRM or lead tracking systems, follow up with prospects, schedule demos or counseling sessions, and gather feedback to help improve offerings.





This role also involves market research on competitors and trends in education and IT training, contributing to promotional campaigns, and collaborating with academic and marketing teams to support enrollment targets. Interns will gain practical exposure to sales processes, client communication, and business development strategies in the EdTech sector.

Qualifications

Business development and sales mindset, with skills in lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building.

Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.

Basic understanding of marketing concepts, social media outreach, and customer engagement in an online education context.

Comfort with digital tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, video conferencing platforms, and collaborative work tools.

Analytical and research skills to study market trends, competitor offerings, and learner needs.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet assigned targets and deadlines.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Interest in EdTech, e-learning, and skill development; prior internship or project experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
