Key Responsibilities of the job

- Connect with customers through calls and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right solution.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.




- Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate sales records.
- Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Fintech Sales.
- Good knowledge of the Indian Stock Market is mandatory.
- Understanding of Equity, Futures & Options (F&O;), Trading, Investing, or Technical Analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
