⏳ Probation: 3 Months (Confirmation based on performance) Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through phone calls, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.

Guide candidates through website registration, employability assessments, and program enrollment.

Build partnerships with colleges, companies, and placement agencies.

Schedule product demos and meetings.

Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records.

Achieve monthly business development targets. Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

0.6 to 1 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, Customer Success, Recruitment, EdTech, or Lead Generation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven with a passion for sales and startups.

Experience with CRM,



LinkedIn outreach, or inside sales is an added advantage. Compensation

Fixed Salary: Upto ₹10,000/month (During Probation)

Performance Incentives: Attractive incentives based on business generated.

Confirmation: Based on successful completion of the 3-month probation.

Salary Revision: Performance-based salary hike after confirmation.
