Key Responsibilit ies: Identify potential clients through research and outbound activi ties.Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outr each.Schedule meetings and demos with prospective cli ents.Support campaign management and lead nurturing activi ties.Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and cli ents.Build strong professional relationships with custo mers.Coordinate with internal teams to support sales initiat ives.Achieve monthly and quarterly business development tar gets.

Require ments: Experience:



0-1 year in Business Development or Inside Sales.Must have experience in cold calling and lead generation for US r egions.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is man datory.Robust knowledge of campaign management and outbound sales acti vities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are re quired.Prior experience in IT Services/Software companies is man datory.Responsible for identifying prospects, generating leads, and scheduling meetings with potential c lients.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective foll ow-ups.Should be target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working indepen dently.Must possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills.Looking for proactive professionals with a passion for sales, business growth, and client enga gement.
