Role & responsibilities

- Handle outbound international calls professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Engage with prospective clients and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Qualify business leads through outbound calls and follow-up activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare and send qualified business proposals and quotations.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication in English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience handling international customers.




- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Eligibility

- Experience: 35 years in International Voice Process / Business Development / Telemarketing / Sales.
- Qualification: Any Diploma, UG, or PG degree.
- Experience in BPO, International Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development is preferred.
