Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, cold calling, and other lead generation platforms.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.

- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimations.

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close business deals.

- Coordinate with technical and project teams for requirement gathering and project execution.

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Follow up with prospective clients and ensure timely closures.

- Update CRM and maintain accurate sales reports and client records.

- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills





- 2–4 years of experience in IT business development or IT sales.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms.

- Good understanding of IT services, software development, web technologies, and mobile application development.

- Ability to prepare proposals and conduct client presentations.

- Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.

- Experience in handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
