We are growing! ? Looking for a highly connected Business Development Executive to join our Architectural Design firm in Pune.

Are you an architectural business developer who loves turning conversations into meaningful partnerships?

At ARCHRON, we believe architectural design is about more than just buildings, it's about creating spaces that heal, inspire, and educate.

We are looking for a smart, persuasive, and highly proactive Business Development Executive to help us bring this philosophy to new clients across Pune, Mumbai and beyond. Because we specialize in niche, impactful spaces, we need someone who already speaks the language of our clients and has the network to prove it.

The Non-Negotiables (Who we are looking for):

- ? Education: Must hold a Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch) paired with an MBA in Marketing. You need to understand design at a technical level and know how to sell its value.
- ? Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of proven business development experience specifically within the architecture design industry.
- ? The Network: You must come with an established, robust network of promoters, directors, and key decision-makers in our target sectors: Healthcare & Hospitals, Resorts & Hospitality, Educational Campuses,



and Civic spaces (Museums and Research Institutes).
- ? The Mindset: A strategic thinker who doesn't wait for leads. You are a go-getter who can deeply understand our design philosophy and aggressively translate that into new opportunities.

What you’ll do:

- Leverage your existing industry connections to immediately open doors in the healthcare, education, and hospitality sectors.
- Identify, approach, and pitch to key decision-makers to secure high-value design consultancy contracts.
- Represent the firm at elite industry events, pitches, and networking sessions.
- Act as the bridge between the client's business needs and our architectural vision.
