Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketplace solutions.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, IT services, SaaS, or marketplace services is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
