Responsibilities Own and execute institutional business development initiatives end to end

Coordinate with academic, marketing and placement teams

Maintain accurate records, trackers and periodic reports

Continuously improve processes based on feedback and data

Represent Algomind Academy professionally with students, parents and partners Required Skills B2B sales

CRM Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in an EdTech or education environment

Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant discipline (B.Tech / MCA / BCA / MBA as applicable)

Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
