Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute a national EPC growth strategy across T&D;, Solar, and Smart Infra sectors.

· Monitor central/state tenders and funding cycles to identify opportunities.

· Build relationships with DISCOMs, PSUs, energy departments, and Smart City SPVs.

· Lead bid planning, pricing, risk evaluation, and technical/commercial proposal development.

· Ensure solution and budgeting eligibility under government schemes.

· Align with OEMs, contractors, and partners for strong delivery capabilities.

· Support smooth project execution with internal teams for milestone adherence.

· Drive billing, payment tracking, and claims to ensure healthy cash flow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· B. Tech (Electrical/Electronics)

· 4-6 years of experience in EPC project acquisition and delivery in power or infra sectors

· Proven track record in handling large T&D;,



solar EPC, or smart infra projects

· Strong understanding of DISCOM systems, substations, and government procurement

· Skilled in bid strategy, contract structuring, and vendor/partner management

· Confident engaging with high-level stakeholders in PSUs, utilities, and public agencies

· Robust presentation, proposal development, and stakeholder communication skills

· Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders across PSUs, utilities, government agencies, and private sector clients

· Proficient in commercial negotiations, business development, and strategic account management

Pay: ₹14,057.92 - ₹58,313.86 per month
