Role Description The Business Development - Client (Sales) role at Gencosys is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, and building long-term client relationships. The team member will conduct market research to understand client needs, present tailored IT solutions, prepare proposals, and participate in negotiations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include client meetings, follow-ups, maintaining a sales pipeline,



coordinating with internal technical teams, and achieving sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and manage relationships professionally.

Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify prospects, analyze markets, and develop targeted outreach strategies.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast sales, and make informed recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Candidates should have proven sales or business development experience, preferably in IT or technology services.

Candidates should demonstrate negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work in office in Lucknow, travel for client meetings as needed, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
