Business Development Associate | Full-Time / Freelance

Freelance (Commission-Based) Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop recent business opportunities for our Study Abroad division.

Generate student leads through field activities, referrals, networking, and local partnerships.

Build and maintain relationships with colleges, coaching centres, educational institutions, and referral partners.

Conduct presentations,



seminars, and meetings with prospective partners and students.

Coordinate with the counselling team to ensure seamless student onboarding.

Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and partners. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience in Business Development in Education and Student Recruitment is preferred.

Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Smartphone and internet access are mandatory.

Candidates with strong local networks among colleges, coaching centres, training institutes, educational consultants, and student communities will be given preference. Compensation
