Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and networking.
- Handle inbound sales enquiries and qualify business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right Eerabiz service.
- Schedule discovery calls and client meetings.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.
- Coordinate with internal design, development, and marketing teams to deliver accurate project scope.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead activity and follow-ups.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.




- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience in building and managing a sales pipeline.
- Solid understanding of Business and commercial concepts, including market analysis and revenue growth strategies.
- Excellent Communication skills for client outreach, presentations, negotiations, and internal collaboration.
- Proficiency in Account Management, including maintaining relationships, handling client queries, and supporting retention.
- Relevant experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or technology solutions is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently toward targets, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfort using CRM systems, productivity tools, and basic data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay: ₹18,867.44 - ₹22,760.52 per month
