Business Development Associate (EdTech Sales)

SALARY: Upto 25k ( Fixed in-hand)+ attractive incentives

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective students to understand their academic interests and career aspirations
- Provide accurate and comprehensive guidance on undergraduate and postgraduate courses
- Manage and nurture leads effectively, ensuring consistent follow-ups to drive conversions
- Meet enrollment and sales goals within specified timelines
- Maintain accurate documentation and support a seamless, stress-free admission journey for applicants

Requirements:

- Any Bachelor’s degree
- 0-1 year of experience in Sales(EdTech preferred)
- Robust counseling and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
